All you have to do is show up and we'll train you, and we can also help you find the right ministry(s) if you aren't sure which is best for you. And in case you're worried about the time commitment, 80 percent of our volunteers only work one weekend each month! Here are some of the exciting opportunities that are waiting for you to try out:

Dance
The Souled Out dance team was established in 1995 and currently performs locally and worldwide. This dance team is about using all forms of dance to reach into the hearts of people and encourage freedom. Find new ways to express yourself here!

Audio Engineering
Running sound is not as difficult as it might seem at first. We'll give you workshops and hands-on training behind our house mixing console. If you have an ear for music then you'll want to try this out!

Stage Lighting
Paint with lights! No experience needed, just a willingness to listen, show up on time, and be creative after we show you the basics. Try one of our workshops and see if lighting is right for you.

Media
Do you enjoy working on a computer? Are you creative? The media department is responsible for everything you see projected at any given event for Souled Out. Check out the media team and put your fingers to service for the Lord!

Producing
Our production staff learns a little about each aspect of technical arts as well as the music side. As a producer you'll get far more training than with any other team to learn what it takes to make each event run smoothly. If you're an organizer, self-starter and enjoy serving the servants, talk to us about becoming a producer!

Music
Do you play an instrument? Sing? If so, please attend one of our auditions or request an audition so we can hear you play. Many people refuse to take the first step and give this a try even though they do play or sing. Fear is not from the Lord! God will use the talent He has given you to bless others, so step forward to serve Him and forget the fear!

Stage Crew
We need strong, smart people to move equipment on and off the stage, run spotlights, unload trucks full of band gear and generally take care of people backstage. We'll show you everything you need to know. If you want a simple way to contribute without much commitment outside of the night you serve, consider our stage crew ministry.

Security and Ushers
If you enjoy working with people and can handle working the parking lot traffic or inside security ministry, we would really like to talk with you. Security and ushering is a fantastic way to reach out to serve people who need a little extra attention, or to spot that person that looks like they don't fit. We'll provide the training, so consider how God might use you in this ministry.
